My feel-good self-care practices

Most importantly:

  • Phone regulation (!!)
  • Focus on regular and consistent sleep pattern
  • Intuitive eating
  • Movement, exercise, stretching
  • Time for myself, time for hobbies, time for friends

Other ones that I dabble in every so often:

  • Breathwork
  • Writing and journaling
  • Cold showers (and ideally saunas but currently not)
  • Never weighing myself
