Some people like to argue⤴ that skill acquisition is not that difficult. It is difficult to execute, but there is a belief that anyone could pick up any skill (maybe excluding sports) and get to the top 10% in the world by practicing every day.
How to get better?
- Practice. Do it more. Do it often.
- Get feedback. Get coached.
- It is not necessarily needed to be coached by someone who is good at the skill themselves, but they need to be good at coaching.
- Surround yourself with people who are better at you
